I’d love to tell you some flowery story about how I got my start in this industry, but the truth is that my vision for health and wellness was set in motion after I hit some serious lows in my personal and professional life.

I had let my personal value become too defined by the wrong things. As a momma of three little ladies, I wanted to set a better example of balance, confidence, and self-love for them. It didn’t happen all at once, but with a little patience and a lot of support, I was able to redefine what being “worthy” means to me.

As a Botox enthusiast, my motto is simple: if I don’t like wrinkles in my sheets, then I sure as heck don’t want them on my face. With that said, my goal isn’t to convince anyone that they need fixing. Rather, it’s about finding treatments that empower you to show up as the most confident version of yourself. After leaving Worthy, I want you to leave feeling as good as you look and looking as good as you feel.
