A chemical peel is a professional treatment involving a liquid solution that is applied to the skin. The Glass Skin Treatment offers a few different levels of peel depending on your goals and skin type—it can be anywhere from instant, glowing skin to minor peeling and dryness for a few days.

The Glass Skin Treatment is a Worthy exclusive, featuring customized techniques and high-quality products from ZO Skin Health. Bonus points if you’re already using ZO at home —you’ll be addicted to this treatment.

Is there any downtime?

There’s typically no downtime with The Glass Skin Treatment —everyone loves the instant glow and hydrated feeling that comes with it. If you’re committing to a series of Glass Skins, your aesthetician might suggest adding a little extra spice; this would result in minor peeling and dryness for a few days post treatment. This is a great way to boost your results!

Do I need multiple treatments?

The Glass Skin Treatment can totally be a one-off, but we suggest a series of 6 weekly treatments for best results. For maintenance, coming once a month will keep your skin glowing.

How are medical-grade facials different from spa facials?

Medical-grade facials go beyond relaxation. While spa facials prioritize pampering, medical-grade facials combine professional-strength products and advanced techniques to target skin concerns more effectively and support long-term skin health.

THE GLASS SKIN TREATMENT?

The words “chemical peel” can totally sound scary. Most people don’t know that there is a wide variety of chemical peel options out there—you can have anywhere from zero downtime to looking like a lizard for a week. We’re all about the results, but understand that most people aren’t down for hiding in their house while they shed like a reptile. For this reason, we decided to offer a “baby” chemical peel that exfoliates dead skin and reveals beautiful, glowing skin (without the downtime).

But we didn’t stop there—we wanted to offer an experience that’s MORE than must a baby chemical peel. The Glass Skin Treatment is a full hour of pampering. It includes a deep cleanse with steam, physical exfoliation, massage, a cooling mask, luxurious finishing products, AND a beginner-friendly chemical peel. Everyone loves how smooth and hydrated their skin feels after just one treatment, but we’re obsessed with the long-term results we get with our customized weekly series.

Ingredient Highlight

AHA's

AHAs, or Alpha Hydroxy Acids, are a water-soluble form of chemical exfoliation. AHAs work on the skin’s surface to remove dead skin cells and reveal brighter, smoother, and softer skin. In the Glass Skin Treatment, our favourite AHAs are applied onto the skin in a liquid solution: Glycolic and Lactic acid. This is the chemical peel portion of your treatment!

Aloe Vera Leaf Extract

Aloe provides intense hydration restoration and retention. It instantly soothes and calms redness and irritation, leaving the skin feeling fresh, hydrated, and happy.

Retinol

Retinol is a powerhouse ingredient that offers many benefits—it promotes cellular renewal, encourages healthy barrier function, and supports collagen synthesis. We use retinol in the Glass Skin Treatment as an extra boost for smoother, even-toned skin.
